The convenient, value-packed Phaser 3320 Printer delivers reliable, problem-solving performance where you need it, helping you stay focused on what matters most: growing your business. Styled in the company's usual two-tone blue and cream, the Xerox Phaser 3320's footprint is reassuringly small at just 366 x 368 x 257mm and it's no effort to move around with an unboxed weight of 9.95kg.

Although it's clearly a compact model, the structure of the Xerox Phaser 3320 feels robust and solid with no flimsy elements.

The main purpose of this Xerox Phaser 3320 unit is to be a rapid print machine, so as you'd expect all controls are paired down to a minimum. A two-line text LCD linked to a control dial handles system setup, layout and paper requirements and the printer slips into Sleep mode soon after you stop using it.

Paper capacity on the Xerox Phaser 3320 is substantial, with 250 sheets in the base tray and a further 50 in the drop-down Bypass tray at the front. 

If your print volume needs are more substantial, then an additional 520-sheet paper tray can be attached to the bottom of the unit at an extra cost of £194.40. The 128MB memory can also be expanded by a further 256MB if you're willing to pay a hefty £208.

If you're limited in terms of where to position your printer, you'll be pleased to know the Xerox Phaser 3320 has built-in Wi-Fi alongside USB 2.0 and ethernet connections. 

The ink quality is also particularly high, with graphics especially managing to avoid the overly dark errors of several more expensive printers.

Two choices are available for the toner cartridge – either a 5000-page standard which will cost you 1.83p per page or the high capacity 11,000-page version which works out at an even more respectable 1.59p per page. These are attractive prices if running costs are important to your business.

It will help in your business because this printer will work that fast how business work. Printing will be in good condition and good standart.Colours will be good and you can print different size. Customer will be interesting about printing so business will get better and evolve faster. It is a little bit expensive but I think it is worth the price.
