l  Motivation will be needed because this job sometimes is long and so hard and we need be able to get the best out of your team. Motivate key behaviours such as customer satisfaction, quality, and attendance. Recognise and reward outstanding performance.

l  This is to be able to organise work and when presented with an obstacle you are able to find another solution to the problem. The ability to change (or be changed) to fit changed circumstances. The quality of being able to perform.

Loyalty

l  Working hard and being successful for the company you work for. When people give you their computer, they trust you to repair it. Faithfulness to commitments or obligations.Loyalty to your customers and work.

Ability to deal with pressure

l  Be able to work to deadline and making sure that the customers gets their computers back on time and are working correctly. Dealing with difficult customers sometimes can cause problems.

Good communication skills

l  They need to be able to talk about what the problem is with their computer with the customers and also the team they work with that. Make sure the customer understand what was the problem and to give customers the feedback.

They need knowledge to repair computers

l  They need to have good technical knowledge of computers so they can repair them. Qualifications and skills will be essential for this and a good understanding how the computers work. Be smart and clever to repair computers.
